Mill-Turn Machines
These machines delivers maximum versatility for small to large parts. It combines the capabilities of a high-powered turning center and full-function machine center to produce parts in a single setup. We are capable of holding +/- 0.0003 on diameter and +/-0.0005 on location and size.
Horizontal Milling Machines
These machines allow for 3 sided part machining in a single set up, complex angle machining and finishing, and rapid production. The indexing pallet allows for 1 degree indexes of the work piece to quickly and properly finish your part. Utilizing our 2 pallet, 4 station system we can quickly and efficiently produce your parts.
Four-Axis Machining
These machines allow for 3 sided part machining in a single set up, complex angle machining and finishing, and surface contouring. The live 4-axis table allows for contouring of inorganic surface profiles with high quality finishes.
